copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual
property laws and treaties. CiDial is licensed, not sold
or given away.

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: You should carefully read the
following terms and conditions before using this
software. By installing, copying, or otherwise using
CiDial, you agree to be bound by the terms of this
license agreement and warranty. If you do not agree to
the terms of this license agreement and warranty, do not
install or use this software.

software as you wish; give exact copies to anyone; and
distribute the software and documentation in its
unmodified form via electronic means. There is no
charge for any of the above.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or
requesting donations, for any such copies, however
made; and from distributing the software and/or
documentation with other products
(commercial or otherwise) without prior written

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
State of California.

MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED

environments into which CiDial may be installed and used,
NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
OFFERED. Good data processing procedure dictates that any
program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before
relying on it, and a good backup of system settings and
data is done prior to running the application. The user
must assume the entire risk of using this program. ANY
LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF ANY PURCHASE PRICE PAID
